Cette citation me rappelle le travail de James Hillman entre autres ce qu'il nomme :
"the acorn theory of the soul".
"This theory states that each individual holds the potential for their unique possibilites inside themselves already, much as an acorn holds the pattern for an oak, invisible within itself."

Un point de vue complexe et enrichissant quand on désire former des jeunes. Il ne s'agit pas de les former comme de la pâte à modeler mais de faire émerger le "pattern" préexistant. Wikipedia offre une introduction à la pensée de Hillman, un des grands psychologues du dernier siècle.
